Our Story

BOSA is a one-of-a-kind concept created by restaurateur and pizza legend Sal Lupoli.

​

Named for the colorful fishing village of BOSA, on the Temo River in Sardinia, Italy, our lively hotspot sits on the banks of the Merrimack River in Downtown Haverhill.  Located in The Heights, a mixed use building just steps from Restaurant Row, BOSA brings an unparalleled energy and vibe to the Haverhill restaurant scene.

Our menu features coastal Italian fare, driven by fresh ingredients and authentic classic Italian cuisine, including a curated artisanal wine and cocktail program and craft beer selection.  We also offer Sal's signature pizza, with elevated flavor profiles, cooked in our Marra Forni pizza oven.
